FastStone Image Viewer is a free program for viewing, converting, and editing graphic images with a simple and user-friendly interface. It is one of the best alternatives to ACDSee.
It has a lot of useful features such as resizing, renaming, deleting unnecessary fragments, adjusting and changing colors, setting watermarks, etc. Besides, there is a possibility to create slideshows with more than 150 transitional effects, there is a reconstruction of JPEG without loss of quality, different graphic effects, support of work with the scanner, etc.
