Quick CPU is a program that has been designed to fine tune and monitor important CPU and system parameters such as CPU temperature (Package and Core Temp), CPU performance, power, voltage, current, core parking, frequency scaling, system memory, Turbo Boost, C-States, Speed Shift FIVR Control, and to make other settings.
The functionality of this app allows you to control the number of CPU cores that should be enabled or disabled (or you can just enable all cores at any time, see explanation of how this works below) based on your personal requirements, also now by looking at the CPU graph you can determine if a particular core is enabled or disabled. This information is also available in the CPU performance tab under "Cores Enabled" and "Cores Parked". This is real-time information, so you don't have to press the 'Refresh' button to find out your current status.
Quick CPU program features:
- Performance graph indicator for each core.
- Real time counter to display the number of active and parked cores.
- CPU core parking settings.
- CPU frequency scaling settings.
- Processor Turbo Boost settings.
- Hardware sensors and customisable settings.
- C-state stay.
- Core Clock speed.
- Processor utilisation.
- Processor temperature.
- Processor power and voltage.
- FIVR control.
- System power output.
- System tray notification.
- Advanced management of the system power plan.
- Changes applied on the fly.
- Added support for Intel Panther Lake CPUs
- Added Thread Cycling feature to the CPU Stress Test functionality
- Added Current Status indicator to the Stress Test status dockable panel
- Improved performance for AVX, AVX2, AVX512, and SSE2 stress test workloads
- Fixed potential overflow issue during long stress test sessions
- Fixed System Memory chart not refreshing after changing the real time chart time range
- Minor UI improvements for the Compare Power Plans control
