JPEGView is a self-contained, portable software that is a simple and lightweight image viewer designed for managing and viewing image files as well as editing them. On-the-fly image processing is provided, allowing you to adjust settings such as sharpness, color balance, contrast, and local underexposure/overexposure.
JPEGView not only lets you view your photo collection in a simple and attractive way, but also rotate it, zoom in and out, adjust levels, or print it. Moreover, you can play back a folder of JPEG images as a movie without loss of quality. In addition, any image can be set as wallpaper at the touch of a button.
Among the supported file types that you can load into JPEGView are the most common ones, such as JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF, WebP, or TIFF, as well as many RAW formats, including CR2, CRW, DCR, X3F or DNG. The program is quite easy to work with and is capable of replacing your default image viewer.
