iSpy is a program that, using a microphone and webcam, allows you to monitor a room, and if any motion or sound is detected, it signals it to the user by sending an email or SMS (you must create an account on the developer's website for this). The application also allows you to record the video you shoot, which can then be converted to Flash Video and published on the Internet.
