ASTRO File Manager is a powerful file manager for Android, thanks to which you can comfortably organize, search, view and extract photos, music, videos, documents or other files from paired mobile devices, cloud services (Dropbox, Google Drive, Facebook, Box or SkyDrive) or PC.
