ACDSee Photo Studio Home is a powerful graphic organizer and browser. The program includes a viewer for BMP, DCX, PCX, JPEG, GIF (including animated), PIC, PNG, PSD, PCD, TGA, TIFF, WMF, and many other formats (about 100 in total).
